By submitting an inquiry or booking services through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment
Face painting services are priced at an hourly rate with a minimum booking requirement. Final pricing may vary based on event details, duration, and location. Travel fees may apply.

Event Timing
Service time begins at the scheduled start time agreed upon in advance. Delays caused by late arrivals, setup issues, or guest availability may reduce painting time without adjustment to pricing.

Guest Estimates
Guest counts provided are estimates only. Face painting services are provided within the booked time frame and are not guaranteed per guest.

Design Variations
Designs vary in complexity and time required. The artist reserves the right to adjust designs as needed to maintain flow during the event.

Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate shade, shelter, and a suitable working area. Services may be paused or adjusted due to unsafe weather conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable time frame. Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Health & Safety
Only professional, skin-safe face paints are used. Face painting may be declined for guests with visible skin conditions, open wounds, or illness.

Liability
By booking services, the client assumes responsibility for guests receiving face painting services. The artist is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of face paint, or damages resulting from normal wear after the event.
